Ceara owned her own food truck + found out at 36 she was born without a vertebrae and needed to focus on fitness + strengthening her body.

She got certified in fitness and then found Yoga.... and the real change started happening. Ceara is now certified in Buti, Rocket, Bik-yasa and started her 200hr during the COVID-19 lockdown.

When she's not doing yoga, she spends her time educating people on cannabinoid therapy and how cannabis can help people heal. She is a mom, a fur mom + wants to serve the public to help everyone find their path to healing.
