Winter Solstice is a time to plant our roots deep with good intentions, let go of all that is exhausting our energy and resources, and invite deep rest and stillness.
This 45 min class offers energetic practice for releasing stagnant energy, mindful meditation to take our attention inward and explore ourselves, and a truly healing sound bath to float into divine alignment.
