Summer Solstice arrives with the intention to create stillness to bask in the high energy of the sun, we acknowledge slowing down by honoring this yin season in humble community.
This 45 min event offers energetic practice for releasing stagnant energy, mindful meditation to take our attention inward and explore ourselves, and a truly healing sound bath to float into divine alignment.
