Gather and ground into SUMMER! Summer Solstice is an acknowledgment that long days of sunlight are upon us, the energy is high so we meet that vibration and find a center in community!Â
This 45 min meditation and sound bath offer a space to land, mindful meditations to take our attention inward and explore ourselves, and healing sound baths to float into divine alignment. Maria is now a Lvl 3 reiki practitioner and will also be offering hands-on reiki treatment throughout the meditation.Â
