Gather and ground into SUMMER! Summer Solistice is an acknowledgment that long days of sunlight are upon us, the energy is high so we meet that vibration and find center in community!
This 45 min meditation and sound bath offer a space to land, mindful meditations to take our attention inward and explore ourselves, and healing sound baths to float into divine alignment.
