Spring Equinox arrives and we acknowledge the end of winter and the start of spring, creating a fresh new energy to inspire us in humble community. This 45 min class offers energetic practice for releasing stagnant energy, mindful meditation to take our attention inward and explore ourselves, and a truly healing sound bath to float into divine alignment.
