"Gather with community for this special Full Moon Rhythm & Flow, in the lovely courtyard of Ruby Sun. We will flow together under the sky as the sun sets and the moon rises. Miss Woadie will take us on a journey through sound as we ebb and flow through a moving meditation guided by Shawna- blending elements of vinyasa yoga, qi gong and ecstatic dance to embody the creative, fluid energy of the full moon. Class will wind down with a guided meditation. This collective full moon experience will encourage liberation through your body as we move and flow to soulful hypnotic rhythms. Together, we will blossom in the moonlight!"
