Gather and ground into AUTUMN! Fall Equinox is an acknowledgment that long days of sunlight are coming to an end, the energy transitions and we meet that vibration and find a center in community!
This 45 min meditation and sound bath offer a space to land, mindful meditations to take our attention inward and explore ourselves, and healing sound baths to float into divine alignment. O'Dette is a Reiki Master and will be offering hands-on reiki treatment and tuning forks throughout the meditation.
