Autumn Equinox is the time to harvest our good intentions, shake off the stress of the previous seasons, and plant seeds of growth. We invite in all that is meant for us and release what has been weighing us down.
This 45 min class offers energetic practice for releasing stagnant energy, mindful meditation to take our attention inward and explore ourselves, and a truly healing sound bath to float into divine alignment.
